Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist & Admin Staff to join our team. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent guest/customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests/customers in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and manage reservations.
  • Maintain records, invoices, and general administrative duties.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle mails post in/post out processes efficiently.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reception or administration.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in [mention any software like MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
