Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist & Admin Staff to join our team. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent guest/customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests/customers in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage reservations.
- Maintain records, invoices, and general administrative duties.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle mails post in/post out processes efficiently.
- Assist in managing office supplies and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception or administration.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in [mention any software like MS Office.
