  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

What you'll be doing

  • To monitor daily site activities/progress, including coordination with client, contractors, suppliers and goods delivery.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the aircondition and mechanical ventilation work in construction site.
  • To manage, supervise and oversee site work in accordance with schedule and drawing specifications.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place and followed
  • Prepare weekly site progress reports and project schedules.
  • Closely follow inspection guidelines to perform a variety of complex/ critical inspection procedures and produce reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of airconditioning and mechanical ventilation processes, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting AUTOCAD drawing
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Through knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of construction workers
  • Proficiency in using AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
