Job Scope

  • Processing the on/off-boarding of the licensing and non-license representative’s application for UOBKH Group Companies, including remisier assistant/trading clerk and Marketing Representatives
  • Monitoring the UOBKH Group Companies’ licensed representatives and MR’s license expiration.
  • Assist for in-house CPE Training program
  • Monitoring of CMSRL, Consultant, Advisers and MR’s point requirements such as ensuring sufficient CPE/CPD points before renewal of license.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma & above
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Strong organisational, time management and administrative capabilities
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Trustworthiness with confidential information
  • Willingness to work in Georgetown, Penang
  • Contract Period: March 2025 - July 2025
  • Salary: RM1,800 per month
  • Only serious candidates will be considered.
