  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Comparison of the products price, quality, availability, reliability and technical support when identify supplies and merchandise
  • Identify the best deal for the company with select the highest quality of goods and services at the lowest possible cost
  • Study sales records and inventory levels of current stock, identify foreign and domestic suppliers and keep abreast of changes affecting both the supply and demand needed for the products and materials
  • Planning for the material requirement and the inventory system to keep production and replenishment functions working smoothly
  • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
  • Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
  • Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned
  • Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
  • Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Purchase and issue order in accordance with specification
  • Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises

Skill and Specifications

  • Responsible for inventory levels
  • Maintain and update material/inventory records
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Office/SAP
  • Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills
  • Work well under pressure and able to work independently
  • Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills

Education and Qualification

  • Open to non-graduates and graduates of any discipline
  • With a minimum work experience of 2 years
  • Vendor Relationships, Organization, Documentation skill, Supply Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality
  • Mathematic must credit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
