ServiceNow Administrator (Junior/Specialist)
The ServiceNow Senior Specialist role involves supporting and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, focusing on core modules such as IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and CMDB to ensure reliable and effective operations. Key responsibilities include managing standardized ServiceNow processes, troubleshooting technical issues, integrating ServiceNow with business systems using REST API, and maintaining operational stability through scheduled job monitoring and troubleshooting. The role also involves mentoring junior support operators, creating technical documentation, and ensuring adherence to ITIL processes. Candidates should have 2+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong skills in configuration, scripting, and workflows, and hands-on experience with Discovery, MID Server, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence), an understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to work in an agile environment are essential. The role follows EMEA working hours (3pm – 12am), with on-call support responsibilities for senior team members.
