Human Resource Management:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements to conducting interviews and making job offers.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, resolving employee concerns and conflicts. Provide guidance and support on HR-related issues, including discipline, performance, and conflict resolution.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, employee benefits, and compensation structures. Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations on compensation adjustments. Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Develop, update, and enforce company policies related to HR and employment.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

    Administrative Management:

    • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
    • Facilities Management: Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to productivity. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities and equipment.
    • Administrative Support: Supervise the administrative team and ensure proper execution of administrative tasks. Coordinate meetings, events, and company-wide activities as needed.
    • General Administrative Functions: Handle correspondence, file management, and documentation for internal records. Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for employees and executives as required.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years in HR and administrative management roles, preferably in a construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative tools.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates (SPEAK,READ, and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with China colleagues.
