Qualifications & Experience:

Candidate should have at least a diploma, preferably in business, marketing or related field;
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales-related role (for those has experienced in accounting and finance industry will be an advantageous);
Experienced in IPO, financial investment, market survey & analysis, market development and relevant experiences will be a plus.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
Strong communication skills, presentation and influencing skills;
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires the incumbent to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients (i.e. to serve China Market);
Self-driven, persistent, highly-motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra mile;
Proficient in MS Applications- Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements;

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and develop new marketing initiatives;
Proactively engage with potential/existing clients, establish rapport and develop new leads and partnerships;
Conduct market research and provide in-depth analysis and insights to market and customer trends; able to identify opportunities and gaps;
Develop new business initiatives and revenue stream that contributes to business growth;
Prepare quotes and proposals for clients and post sales follow up;
Set goals for the Sales team and ensuring they are met;

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
