Work Responsibilities:
- Manage all the administration tasks, which includes and not limited to Company Car matters (arrange for car service), Insurance, Business & Advertisement license renewal, Canteen license, LMW license, DOE, DOSH, other government departmental matter, and etc.
- Responsible to manage the security of the factory, example the security guard matter, SECOM.
- EHS - Scheduling waste management, liaising with DOE and DOSH, arranging yearly inspection DOSH, oversee and review the Health and Safety documentations and data, organize minutes meeting, etc.
- Involved in warehouse/ inventory management, example checking stock, receiving of stock, cycle count, and ensuring the accuracy of stock amount.
Work Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in the Administrative role.
- Possessed own transportation and willing to travel when required.
- Have good communication skills and able to work independently.
