- Present HR-related topics in an engaging, simple, and informative way through video.
- Record and edit high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends to produce relevant and valuable video content.
- Experiment with different video formats and styles to enhance engagement.
- Analyze video performance and optimize content based on audience feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with branding and company goals.
- Training and guidance will be provided for video recording and editing.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and presenting HR-related topics.
- Willingness to learn video recording and editing (training will be provided).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
- Ability to simplify complex HR topics into engaging, easy-to-understand video content.
- Creative mindset with storytelling skills to make HR content more relatable and engaging.
- Experience managing social media video content is a plus.
