  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

1. Social Media Data Mining

  • Utilize SocialPulse Nexus (SPN) software to identify and extract potential client data from various social media platforms.
  • Monitor competitors' customers and engagement trends for potential leads.

2. Ad Campaign Execution

  • Distribute targeted advertisements to identified potential clients across different social media platforms.
  • Suggest innovative ad copy or creative ideas to the Media Production team for ad material development.

3. Lead Engagement & Coordination

  • Track and manage customer responses from ad campaigns.
  • Assist clients with registration and further inquiries.

4. Customer Data Management

  • Organize and categorize acquired customer data for future engagement and lead

nurturing

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply!
  • No prior working experience required. Training will be provided.

Staff Benefits at SocialPulse Nexus Sdn Bhd Allowances & Bonuses

  • Attendance Allowance: RM 200 per month (granted for full attendance with no sick leave, unpaid leave, or late coming).

-Effective after Confirmation-

  • Transportation Allowance: RM 150 per month.
  • Dental & Optical Allowance: RM 200 per annum (prorated for employees with less than a year of service).
    • Optical: Only applicable for eyeglasses (contact lenses not included).
    • Dental: Covers teeth cleaning, fillings, extractions, and other treatments.
  • 13th-Month Salary Package: Prorated for employees with less than a year of service.
