Job Responsibilities
- To update sales invoice daily
- Prepare contracts using provided company software.
- Assist in documentation / filling of accounting & admin documents for company
- To organize files and keep the office clean and tidy.
- Meeting minutes recording.
- Assist day to day operations of the office administrations function and duties.
- Coordinate with Sales Team and Contractors of events and projects.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
- 5 working days
- Location : Alam Damai Cheras
- Age 20 - 35
- No experience needed.
- SPM Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge computer skill in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Must have good attitude.
- Able to work independently and well organized
- Have own transport
