Job Responsibilities

  • To update sales invoice daily
  • Prepare contracts using provided company software.
  • Assist in documentation / filling of accounting & admin documents for company
  • To organize files and keep the office clean and tidy.
  • Meeting minutes recording.
  • Assist day to day operations of the office administrations function and duties.
  • Coordinate with Sales Team and Contractors of events and projects.
  • Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • 5 working days
  • Location : Alam Damai Cheras
  • Age 20 - 35
  • No experience needed.
  • SPM Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Knowledge computer skill in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Must have good attitude.
  • Able to work independently and well organized
  • Have own transport
