  • Responsible in preparing full set of accounts and ensuring accurate and timely preparation for submission under minimum supervision.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data according to the standard accounting practices.
  • Ensure accounting records and properly maintained and reconciled.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables and ensure that payments are being issued on time.
  • Liaison with auditors including preparation of statutory financial statements, audit schedules, reports and finalization of Accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate Full Set of Accounts financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Liaising with bankers with regards to facilities matters
  • Prepare monthly statement of accounts for customers & suppliers
  • Liaison with customers & suppliers for payment status
  • Implementing and maintaining effective accounting systems and procedures.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by superior.
  • Responsible for cashflow forecast and planning and reports to the superior.
  • Independently manage accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
  • Generating and analysing financial reports and statements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
  • Experience with XERO Accounting Software or any similar cloud based Accounting Software is an added advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Working Experience in Accounting/Finance department
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, partly professional qualification or Degree in Accountancy/Finance
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Optional)
