E-commerce Page Design & Optimization

  • Responsible for designing and enhancing store homepages, product detail pages, and promotional event pages to improve user experience and brand image.
  • Utilize high-quality images, layout design, and visual elements to enhance product appeal, increasing click-through rates and conversion rates.

Marketing Visual Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional banners, social media ads, and other marketing materials that align with the brand identity.
  • Create visually engaging designs based on festivals, trending topics, and market trends to drive higher conversions.

Product Visual Optimization

  • Design main images, white-background images, and product detail pages that meet the requirements of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, webstore, etc.).
  • Conduct market research on competitors to optimize product presentation and improve purchase rates.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze performance metrics such as click-through rates and conversion rates to continuously optimize design and enhance user experience and sales performance.

Other Design-Related Tasks

  • Assist with any additional design-related tasks as required.

Product Management & Optimization

  • Upload products to major platforms, ensure accurate information, and regularly update product displays based on market trends to enhance competitiveness.
  • At least 2 years of relevant design experience, preferably in e-commerce or the internet industry.
  • Relevant educational background (professional certificate/diploma/bachelor’s degree or above).
  • Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva, with strong skills in layout, color matching, and visual optimization.
  • Familiar with the image standards and design requirements of e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
  • Possess a marketing mindset, able to create visually appealing designs based on festivals, trends, and hot topics.
  • Data-driven, capable of optimizing designs based on click-through rates and conversion rates to improve sales performance.
  • Adaptable to the fast-paced e-commerce environment, able to respond quickly to campaign demands.
  • Creative thinking with a strong ability to enhance brand visual appeal continuously.
  • Able to adapt to changes, demonstrate flexibility, and find alternative solutions when facing challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive team collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
