
Warehouse Assistant
Certificate Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices and equipment maintenance.
Ability to handle a forklift.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Activity Coordination: Monitor and ensure the timely refilling and drilling of nozzles, coordinating closely with the manager. Supervision: Oversee loading, unloading, and packing of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Reporting: Update stock check and bulk storage records, submitting daily reports to management. Checklist Management: Follow systematic methods, completing necessary checklists and standard forms (GTA, D.O., Inv, PR, Work Order, etc.). Maintenance: Conduct housekeeping, calibration, minor repairs of pumps and equipment, ensuring the safety of industry properties. Document Coordination: Prepare related documents and coordinate U/L inspections monthly. Weekly Reporting: Report weekly activities during HOD meetings. Warehouse Management: Take charge of warehouse keys and ensure secure access. Discipline and Attitude: Follow instructions, maintain discipline, and demonstrate a positive attitude. Accountability: Take responsibility for any duties assigned by management. Liaison: Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on goods received and deliveries to customers.
