The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, preparing reports, and ensuring that sales processes run smoothly. This position is essential in helping the sales team focus on closing deals by handling the behind-the-scenes tasks that facilitate success. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

• Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

• Organize and maintain sales documents, reports, and records.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and tracking documents for management.

• Customer Interaction:

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads and sales requests.

• Coordinate and communicate with customers to resolve issues or answer questions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support their ongoing needs.

• Assist in managing customer expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Sales Team Support:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, helping them to manage their schedules and priorities.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.

• Manage sales calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.

• Prepare sales materials and resources, ensuring they are up to date and available.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
