The Role Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the execution of complex Energy and Carbon digital projects that span across the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of digital industry products. This role requires a good understanding of Energy and Carbon digital industry products and market, a strong background in project management, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across various functions. The Project Manager will work closely with engineering, R&D, product management, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality Energy and Carbon digital solutions. What you will do: 1.Project Planning and Execution: Based on customers needs, lead the team to plan, execution, and delivery of automatic products which is efficient, precise and smart in energy by using technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines specific to digital product development cycles. Define project scope and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear and achievable goals. 2.Cross-Functional Team Coordination and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, process engineers, manufacturing, and test engineers, to deliver integrated solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, R&D, suppliers, and customers. Provide regular status updates, including progress against milestones, risks, and changes to project scope, timeline, or budget. Align project objectives with the broader strategic goals of the organization and customer needs. 3.Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor resource allocation, ensuring the right expertise and tools are applied at every stage of the project. Optimize resource use across teams, ensuring that project milestones are met without compromising quality. 4.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive improvements in project management processes, design, manufacturing, and testing methodologies. Keep up to date with emerging Energy and Carbon digital technologies, trends, and methodologies, applying these insights to improve current practices and foster innovation. What you need to have: Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field.. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the Energy and Carbon digital industry, with a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional technical projects. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project etc) and understanding of Energy and Carbon digital products design and testing tools. Good knowledge of Energy and Carbon digital technologies, products, materials, and manufacturing processes. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all aspects of a digital project are managed effectively. Knowledge of Energy and Carbon digital industry standards and regulatory compliance for digital products. More than 3 years of B-end product working experiences in digital industry, Familiar with mainstream functional products, such as EMS、CMS、PMS, etc. Candidates need to be able to communicate with stakeholder of Mandarin and Cantonese speaking. Preference will be given to candidates with experience as project managers for factories at a million-level scale and those with experience in energy and carbon software products.
