About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to

join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business

opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue

growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research,

networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing

and potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions

for clients. Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders. Negotiate

contracts and agreements with clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and

market developments. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven

track record of success in business development or sales roles. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

and CRM software. Experience in [specific industry or sector] is a plus.
