Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day e-commerce operations, including overseeing inbound and outbound processes, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of online sales orders and resolving logistics issues.
• Handle consumer enquiries across e-commerce platforms with professionalism, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
• Upload and update products on the website, ensuring accurate and complete product data (e.g., descriptions, images, and pack sizes).
• Work closely with key stakeholders to plan and implement online sales campaigns, driving revenue and customer engagement.
Requirements;
• Able to work independently, has initiative, and at the same time, a team player who can work well with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
• Ability to execute with high-accuracy, multi task, deal with uncertainty, willing to learn and are highly organized in paper work.
• Strong sense of ownership, able to identify issues and be pro-active in carrying out solutions.
• Good understanding of user journeys, digital usability and user experience. Familiar with the key promotional calendar and the market behaviour.
• Able to speak English, Malay and Chinese.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
