Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office clerical tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Manage and organize office paperwork, correspondence, and files.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling of appointments.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining office databases.
  • Prepare and process documents as required by management or other departments.
  • Support the team with any additional administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work overtime, if required.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Disciplined, punctual, and a quick learner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
