Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office clerical tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
- Manage and organize office paperwork, correspondence, and files.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling of appointments.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining office databases.
- Prepare and process documents as required by management or other departments.
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- Willingness to work overtime, if required.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Disciplined, punctual, and a quick learner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
