1. To advise and report to Project Manager/SH Manager/SHO all matters relevant to Safety. 2. To ensure compliance with all regulation under the relevant DOSH requirement, as applicable to the site and to take all necessary action to ensure compliance. 3. To conduct regular site safety and health inspection and produce report for the SHO review. 4. To implement site specific Safety and Health Plan that detail the ways that they will ensure the safety of all person at site and all others that may be affected by the works. 5. To conduct tool box talk and briefing to ensure that all workers employed, and sub-contractor engaged and fully conversant with the project Safety and Health requirement. 6. To assist SHO to prepare Safety and Health Plan. 7. To assist SHO to prepare Method Statement and Job Safety Analysis. 8. To assist SHO to prepare Safety and Health Risk Assessment for works and particular condition on site. 9. To maintain Safety and Health Risk Register. 10. To brief all person involved with the work prior to work starting on the Safe work Method and the safety precautions stipulated in the approved method Statements. 11. To ensure all machine and equipments used for work are in safe working condition. 12. To do an inspection for machine, equipment, scaffold, excavation, workplace to comply with law, regulation and client requirement. 13.
