Job Description: - To assist in parts ordering, inventory and warehouse. - To assist and perform jobs and duties in multitasking works minded. - To assist department on overall administration work. - To check staff attendance for the department and prepare summary, when necessary. - To support HR related works in the Department. - To get involved in department activities/initiatives. - To maintain good filing system and update records, where applicable. - Other responsibilities that fit for the Intern under surveillance of full time staff. - Any other tasks assigned by the Company as and when required. Job Requirements: - Possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Master in any related field. - Good communication skills. - Open minded and willingness to learn new things. - Computer literate in MS Outlook, Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. - Knowledge in any software/app is added advantage. - Must have complete vaccine and 1 booster - Need to arrange own transportation since there is no public transport nearby. - Need to have own accommodation since no hostel have been provided. - The allowance is RM400/month *Interest applicant please provide complete resume, duration of intern, reply letter from university/colleges, ic copy and valid license*
