With a growing presence in the market, the company is expanding its operations to Malaysia and seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the setup of its new branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments.

- Manage correspondence, calls, and emails related to the project.

- Research and liaise with local authorities, consultants, and vendors to facilitate branch registration and compliance.

- Coordinate the selection and setup of the office location, including lease negotiations and furnishing.

- Act as a liaison between the Guangzhou headquarters and Malaysian partners.

- Communicate with local agencies, recruitment firms, and other stakeholders.

- Handle the preparation and filing of legal, financial, and operational documents required for the branch setup.

- Organize travel and accommodation plans for company executives traveling to Malaysia.

- Support the recruitment process for key local hires, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding. - Assist in organizing company events, launches, and marketing activities related to the new branch.

- Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to the senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.

- Familiarity with eCommerce, content creation, or related industries is a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Malay is an advantage.

- Ability to travel frequently between China and Malaysia.

- Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
