Billing and Payment Handling:
- Process billing information, including insurance claims and patient payments.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
- Provide patients with information about billing procedures and payment options.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical and office supplies.
- Place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Receive and organize incoming supplies.
Patient Education and Support:
- Provide basic information to patients about clinic services, procedures, and policies.
- Offer guidance on medication usage, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care.
- Answer patients' inquiries or direct them to appropriate resources.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic premises, including waiting areas, examination rooms, and restrooms.
- Dispose of medical waste properly according to regulations.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, staff members, and patients.
- Coordinate with other healthcare facilities or agencies as necessary for referrals or patient care coordination.
