Key Responsibilities

- Update accounts payable and receivable records.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets).
- Payroll Processing
- Calculate employee wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Tax Preparation Support
- Assist in preparing draft tax returns (e.g., income tax (EA), payroll tax).
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing deadlines.
- Audit and Compliance
- Organize financial records for audits.
- Administrative Tasks
- File and organize financial documents (digital and physical).
- Respond to vendor or client inquiries regarding invoices or payments.
- Software and Tools
