  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SCOPES

  • Responsible for all sanitary & plumbing works, repairs & maintenance.
  • Attend to tenants' complaints/breakdowns based on the complaint report received & to arrange for inspection of sanitary & plumbing facilities/equipment. Report back to Admin Assistant for record update and follow up.
  • Responsible for taking the daily (main bulk meter) & monthly water meter reading for all tenants outlets and rain harvesting meter reading
  • Responsible to conduct daily/weekly verifications/inspections on sanitary & plumbing items as per check list
  • Responsible to conduct weekly inspections on water supply pipe and grease traps as per check list.
  • Monitor service contractors/ad hoc contractors works, check & sign off after works are completed satisfactorily.
  • Record down spare parts/items taken out from stock at store room in the log book.
  • Report to Immediate Superior on any breakdown/complaints/unresolved matters.
  • Carry out minor carpentry & handyman, misc works (as & when necessary).
  • Supervise and monitor the contractor during servicing the grease tank & cleaning the tank.
  • Verify spare parts/items purchased by Procurement Section.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks which may be assigned from time to time and as stated in systems documentation.
  • Responsible to issue out any Scrap Items form after replacement of new parts.
  • Entry into sanitary, plumbing & misc store room to take out spare parts/items for repair works.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM/SPVM or any other related skilled certification or diploma in plumbing works .
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Building Management.

Working Days : Monday to Friday & Saturday (Alternate).
