  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Client Industry: Real Estate / Construction Industry

Location: Senai, Johor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate and negotiate potential investment (properties) opportunities in line with the REIT’s growth strategy
  • Develop a growth strategy to build a pipeline of suitable properties for acquisition
  • Assess property development and or redevelopment opportunities that are suitable
  • Reviewing existing asset portfolio and consider divestment possibilities
  • Conduct through market research/business intelligence and financial analysis to assess investment feasibility and risks
  • Managing the entire acquisition/divestment process including due diligence, liaising with external consultants on the documentations and seeing through the acquisition/divestment completion process
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, real estate, legal and compliance to execute transactions efficiently
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management team and board of directors
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, developers and key industry stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging market opportunities
  • Support fundraising initiatives by engaging with investors and fund managers

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, investment management, or real estate acquisitions.
  • Strong knowledge of structures, real estate finance, and investment strategies.
  • Proven track record of successful deal origination and execution.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial models and market data to support investment decisions.
  • Strong network within the real estate and investment community.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Business Development: 5 years (Preferred)
