Office Administration:
- Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, students, and educational institutions.
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure all records are up to date and easily accessible.
Student Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and consultations for China students.
- Provide general information and support to students regarding education programs and application processes.
- Prepare and send documentation (e.g., application forms, brochures, informational materials) to students.
Document Management:
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and reviewing various documents related to student applications, visa processes, and other administrative paperwork.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with required documentation standards.
Data Entry & Reporting:
- Enter and update client/student data into the company’s database system.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding student progress, office inventory, and other administrative activities.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone, to students and clients.
- Address general inquiries and resolve issues promptly or escalate to the appropriate team members..
