Academic Administrative Executive
The Academic Administrative Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive learning experience for students. This position involves managing student-related services, providing guidance, and resolving student concerns while ensuring smooth administrative processes in line with the language center's objectives.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic and non-academic concerns.
· Provide information about courses, schedules, and available resources.
· Assist students in adapting to Study Germany’s environment, especially international students (if any).
· Facilitate student enrolment, orientation, and onboarding processes.
· Manage and maintain student records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Coordinate placement tests and liaise with academic staff for appropriate class assignments.
· Handle daily inquiries and maintain communication with students through email, phone, and in-person consultations.
· Prepare reports on student attendance, feedback, and performance for management.
· Coordinate student visa applications, renewals, and compliance (if applicable).
· Plan and organize student engagement activities, such as cultural events, workshops, and graduation ceremonies.
· Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall student experience.
· Address and resolve student complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
· Monitor student welfare and provide referrals to external support services when needed.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
