RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform accounting data entry, documentation printing & scanning plus filing duties.
- To assist in preparing reports for auditors for financial year-end audit closing/accounts-related matters.
- To assist in preparing corporate tax documents and filings.
- To assist in monthly and yearly payroll processing, support HR-related matters, and keep a good record of HR-related documents.
- To liaise with relevant authorities, bankers, external auditors, tax agents, and vendors on works related matters.
- To perform basic admin tasks, any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience.
- Able to handle multitasking with attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in ABSS accounting software and HR2000 payroll system is advantageous but not required.
- Possess a sense of responsibility and mature personality.
Job Type: Contract
