Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor the company’s accounting records, payables, receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
  • Reconcile financial transactions, accounts and discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, expense reports and other financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and operations, to coordinate financial activities and support business operations.

Requirements:

  • At least a diploma / degree in accountancy, finance, or professional accounting qualifications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or proven work experience as an accounts officer or similar role.
  • Experience in auto count accounting system will be an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
