  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Machine Tech come Store Keeper. To setup and set down machine for production, providing and returning packing items for production.

  • preventative maintenance: Conducting regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues, lubricating moving parts, cleaning components, and performing scheduled maintenance tasks like filter changes and oil checks.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose machine issues
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Troubleshooting and repair:Diagnosing machine malfunctions by analyzing symptoms, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing broken parts.
  • Emergency repairs:Responding to machine breakdowns during production and quickly fixing critical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Parts replacement:Ordering and installing replacement parts as needed, maintaining inventory of spare parts.
  • Documentation:Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, including dates, repairs performed, parts used, and any identified issues.
  • Safety compliance:Adhering to safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting hazards.
  • Communication:Collaborating with production operators to identify maintenance needs, communicating with supervisors regarding repair status, and reporting potential safety concerns.
