Roles and Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot and resolve all end users’ desktop computing issues including desktop/laptop hardware and software, supported mobile devices and peripherals such as printer, scanners, copiers, and other desktop-related equipment.
  • Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
  • Administer and fulfil IT-related activities in lieu of Joiner-Mover-Leaver process.
  • Perform standard IMAC activities (Install-Move-Add-Change) related to end user computing.
  • Assist other resolver groups in troubleshooting and resolving incidents and requests which require on-site support.
  • Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives involving end user computing.
  • Resolve all assigned incidents and requests within the agreed SLA.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in IT Support and projects.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in service desk/desktop support.
  • Good knowledge and skills in service delivery.
  • Excellent work ethics and possess a constructive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communications and writing skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa (both written and verbal).
