Job Overview:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to oversee and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods and materials. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customs to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve cost efficiency and delivery timelines.
  • Handle any logistics-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align logistics activities with business needs.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and import/export regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
