  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job scope:

Observe and evaluate livestreams across multiple categories to ensure they align with

quality standards, focusing on both technical and content-related aspects.

Evaluate the clarity of audio and video, and overall viewer experience.

Ensure that streamers adhere to set guidelines, including content appropriateness,

behavior, product presentations, and platform policies to maintain a professional and

compliant environment.

Assess streamer engagement with the audience, analyzing the effectiveness of

communication, interaction frequency, and responsiveness to viewer questions or comments.

Evaluate product demonstrations, ensuring they are clear, informative, and provide

enough details for viewers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in content quality assurance are

welcome to apply

Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills

Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of the policies

Strong attention to detail and able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced

environment

Able to work on repetitive tasks and flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a

fast paced environment

Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
