Project Manager – Asia (Operations & Growth Initiatives)

The Role:

Sedgwick Asia is seeking a strategic and hands-on Project Manager to lead and deliver regional operations and growth initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that business operations across multiple countries are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with Sedgwick’s expansion strategy.

As a key partner to the CEO and country heads, you will manage diverse projects spanning business transformation, process optimization and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Change Management:

  • Lead regional operational projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Identify gaps in current operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of country-level operations with Sedgwick’s global and regional policies.
  • Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements across markets, ensuring operational consistency.

Strategic Growth & Expansion Initiatives:

  • Work closely with the CEO and country heads to execute growth strategies including market expansion.
  • Develop and track KPIs for expansion projects, ensuring clear reporting on progress and impact.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on opportunities and challenges in the region.

Regional Stakeholder & PMO Governance:

  • Act as a bridge between country heads and regional leadership, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Lead structured project governance and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility on key initiatives.
  • Work with the PMO and global teams to ensure project frameworks are aligned with Sedgwick’s overall strategic direction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clear timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or a related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
  • 7+ years of strong project management experience, particularly in operations, business transformation, or strategic expansion.
  • Proven ability to work regionally across multiple countries and navigate different cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in corporate services, insurance, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
