We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our client cybersecurity team. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with technical teams to provide the best security solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client cybersecurity needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demos for potential customers.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for cybersecurity services and products.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts and pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, marketing) to close deals.

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Work closely with engineers and cybersecurity experts to understand service offerings.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and training to enhance expertise.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or tech solutions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, threat intelligence, etc.).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
