  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to assist in managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring seamless commercial operations.

Job Overview:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts within the system, from drafting to renewal.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of contract terms, clauses, and amendments, with clear and precise documentation.
  • Administer and maintain the contract management software/system, keeping all data current and accessible.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to the contract management process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of the contract system with other relevant business systems and workflows.
  • Maintain and update databases and data management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address their data needs and support data-related inquiries or projects.
  • Support the training of internal stakeholders on data entry processes and system usage.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed on an ad-hoc basis.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Customer Service in freight forwarding or shipping is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
