Accounts Executive
· Prepare payment vouchers after verification with DO and PO.
· Captures all daily sales and ensure bank in sales proceeds.
· Check & review daily cash flow, earmark bank payment & ensure sufficient fund available for the purpose.
· Prepare and plan for cash flow projections and update to shareholders.
· Ensure transactions are properly classified and accurately entered into the computerized accounting system
· Prepare and reconcile the accounts receivable and accounts payable.
· Prepare journals, bank reconciliations and maintain Fixed Assets Listings
· Prepare monthly & annual financial statements for management review and annual audit purpose. (all audit schedules & tax schedules)
· Maintain and archive documents that are relevant for accounts, finance/bank annual reviews, tax and audit.
· Special task assign from time to time by manager and management.
Diploma in Accounting with 2-3 years’ working experience in full set of accounts or audit
· High proficiency in a PC, Windows environment and Microsoft Office products as well as Google Applications
· Successfully handle multiple tasks and solve problems under considerable pressure while maintaining a calm and helpful working manner.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and change oriented environment.
· Ability to effectively communicate (listening and speaking) with teams, managers and suppliers.
· Possesses own transport.
· Fluent in spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
· Experience in establishing standards for inventory control and project management process will definite value added.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
