Restaurants Supervisor(AEON SHAH ALAM
Job description (Daily Operations) :
- Ensure that restaurant’s goals and objectives are clearly communicated, understood, and met by subordinates.
- Address guests concerns, request and/or any other issues either individually or by enlisting the help of others by following restaurant guidelines.
- Collaborate with operations management team to develop and carry-out procedures and ideas to continuously improve outlet performance.
- Enforce compliance of work and services standard, hygiene standard, food preparation procedures according to restaurant’s Quality, Service, Ambience & Value (QSAV) guidelines, other policy guidelines established by the RV Group and the relevant regulatory requirements.
- Conduct day-to-day shift with proper shift briefing.
- Supervise the smooth operation of restaurant to ensure that the service is provided promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in stock check and stock ordering.
- Provide support and assist Restaurant Manager to complete the daily paperwork, periodic inventories and statistical reports accurately and on a timely basis.
- Possess full knowledge on food, beverages and other products & services served/provided by the Restaurant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
