The ideal candidate will assist senior management in implementing operational strategies, manage projects, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Responsibilities
· Operational Support:
o To be the point of contact in daily operations of the company, ensuring processes run smoothly.
o Support senior management in implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
· Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
o Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new processes or refine existing ones.
· Data Analysis:
o Collect and analyze operational data (including daily shipping data, daily inventory table, warehouse error and omission data, warehouse inbound and outbound data, order analysis, etc.) to inform decision-making.
o Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
· Project Management:
o Assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
o Coordinate with different departments to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
· Team Coordination:
o Work closely with various teams (e.g., sales, finance, HR, production, logistics) to ensure operational alignment.
o Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration.
· Customer Service:
o Support customer service initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.
o Address operational issues that may impact customer experience.
· Inventory Management:
o Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing excess.
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
· Compliance and Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
o Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service and product delivery.
· Training and Development:
o Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and best practices.
o Support ongoing training initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.
· Other duties as directed by the management
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for decision-making.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of facilitating effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of operations and reporting.
· Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while being an enthusiastic team player.
· Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, project management, demand planning, or inventory management.
· Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
· Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities efficiently.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in operational software and tools, including ERP systems, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
· Dedication: A high level of commitment and willingness to contribute to team success.
· Time Management: Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
