
BPO Partnership Executive
SUMMARY
In alignment with direction to increase sales for the Business Process Outsourcing revenue stream, the role will be responsible for hunting new Insurance clients as well as maintain and develop existing Insurance clients through programs/campaigns that are mutually beneficial.
JOB DESCRIPTION
(1)Update Insurance Database with new industry contacts to approach
(2)Constant update to personalize the BPO business presentation deck based on requirement by potential leads
(3)Organize face-to-face engagements with existing clients to review Bateriku’s fulfillment performance
(4) Co-collaborative marketing campaign with existing clients to boost awareness, traffic and sales for both
(5)Secure minimum (1), maximum (2) Insurance clients.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Management related field(s) and working experience within the contact centre/ BPO vertical
CRITICAL SKILLS
1. Understand Bateriku.com’s product and service offerings- existing and potential.
2. Research capabilities to understand the automotive market and match it with Bateriku.com’s product and service offerings.
3. Able to communicate and write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to prepare business presentation deck
4. Able to use Microsoft office and Canva
5. Eager to adapt and learn for continuous improvement
6. Possess that hustling spirit to close and/or maintain relationship
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
