Responsibilities:

•Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods

•Ensure timely response to all incoming communications including chat, calls, and emails

•Fully utilize an work within the company's system, processes and workflows (CRM, Hubspot, SAP, Sharepoint)

•Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (C-Type)

•Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations

•Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions)

•Manage a sales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system

•Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

•Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services

•Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge

•Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives

Competencies & General Skills:

•Diploma or above with marketing or other related experience;

•At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, preferably in industrial products or automation industries, with experience in B TO B business;

•Fluent English and Mandarin in both written & verbal are strongly encourage to apply

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong sales and negotiation skills

•Ability to work independently and in a team environment

•Strong time management and organizational skills

•Comfortable with technology, particular sensor technology

•Strong problem-solving skills

•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

•Sales experience preferred
