Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting Mandarin-speaking clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in both Mandarin and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
