Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting Mandarin-speaking clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in both Mandarin and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
