JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the C&I, B Sales Team.
- Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers' needs.
- Provide motivation to team members and creates an environment where they can thrive.
- Perform any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 3-5 Years of Sales Experience in related industry
- Foundation/Basic Knowledge of Solar
- Trilingual Speaker (Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
