JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the C&I, B Sales Team.
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers' needs.
  • Provide motivation to team members and creates an environment where they can thrive.
  • Perform any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • 3-5 Years of Sales Experience in related industry
  • Foundation/Basic Knowledge of Solar
  • Trilingual Speaker (Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
