Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Management:

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their eligibility, interests, and requirements for Singapore Permanent Residency and Citizenship services.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of leads, ensuring accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

2. Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule appointments between potential clients and Immigration Consultants, ensuring an optimal balance between consultants' availability and clients' preferences.
  • Confirm appointment details with clients and send reminders to minimize cancellations or no-shows.
  • Coordinate rescheduling requests promptly and efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.

3. Communication Excellence:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a positive and professional representation of Company.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique needs and concerns.
  • Effectively communicate the value of Company’s services, instilling confidence and trust in the brand.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze appointment-setting metrics such as conversion rates, response times, and no-show rates to optimize the process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on lead statuses and appointment outcomes.

5. Knowledge and Compliance:

  • Stay updated and well-informed on Singapore immigration regulations and policies to effectively address client inquiries and ensure accurate information is shared during initial interactions.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Immigration Consultants and the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and effective follow-ups on appointments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

7. Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in the appointment-setting process and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices to adopt best practices in lead engagement and conversion.

8. Administrative Support:

  • Assist in preparing pre-appointment materials for consultants to ensure they have all necessary information for effective client consultations.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling, documentation, and data entry as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimally Diploma qualification in hospitality or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing
  • Preferably background in banking, call centre, insurance etc
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Excel in fast paced environment
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, able to confidently and clearly present courses and answer inquiries.
  • Resilience: Able to work under a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet sales targets and an acute awareness of sales metrics
  • Customer-Centric: Attentive to customer experience with strong listening and service skills.
