Key Responsibilities:
- Response and follow up to customer inquiries through live chat and email.
- Provide product information to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions on improving customer service
process and experience to superior.
- Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage
customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must haves:
- SPM level or above.
- Minimum 1 years working experiences in any customer service role.
- High stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
- Own PC/Laptop with specifications: 8GB RAM or above, Intel Core i5 processor or
AMD Ryzen 5 processor or above, and internet speed of at least 80 Mbps for work
Nice to haves:
- Preferred age range: 21-28 years old.
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office
