  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Financial Operations: Assist the Financial Controller in managing the daily operations of the Finance Department, ensuring all financial processes are running smoothly.
  • Financial Closings: Assist in the financial closing, ensuring accurate and timely closing of accounts for all the entities of the group in accordance with financial regulations
  • Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to support decision-making, highlighting trends, forecasts, and areas of concern.
  • Audit and Tax Filings: Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process, ensuring the completion of audits and tax filings in compliance with regulations and deadlines.
  • Process Improvement: Actively participate in identifying inefficiencies within existing workflows and implement strategies to improve processes and controls.
  • Understudy Team’s Duties: Understand and support the team’s current responsibilities and functions, offering insights into ways to optimize workflows and enhance performance.
  • System Implementation: Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of financial systems and internal controls to improve the department’s effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with full set of accounts, financial closings, and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Good written communication skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
