- Processing for new person familiar with incorporation of ROC, application of name search form, lodge &filing to SSM.
- Manage the annual return & AGM meeting for all registered companies & keeping updates on minutes book/ register book any changes.
- Responsible to contact with client regarding payment & collection purpose for filing and fees.
- To assist secretary and take minutes in the AGM & EGM.
- To manage & invoicing all client the retainer fees, to remind dateline for file account and statutory audit.
- Doing all forms 49,44,24,9,48A,48E,etc.
- Assist in management for licensing such as CIDB, MOF, SPAN, government bodies.
- To prepare all necessary document related secretarial matters from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
