Accounts and Admin Executive/Assistant

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting entries such as journals, PO, invoices and etc
  • Assist in accounts receivable, accounts payable, data compilation, bank reconciliation and other accounting tasks
  • Follow-up on the project progressive claims and payment to sub-contractors/vendors
  • Ensure documents filing and records are in order
  • General office administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in accounting, business admin or relevant
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication and follow up skill
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Able to work well in MS office application esp MS Excel
  • Able to start work immediately is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
