Key Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination: Organize and manage training, learning and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, participant registration, confirmation and tracking attendance and completion.
- Material Preparation: Assist in developing training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, handouts, videos and other supporting content.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of training, learning and development programs.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Conduct new employee orientation programs and activities, follow up on the onboarding experience and prepare reports on new employee engagement.
- Project Management: Manage T&D-related projects, including identifying suitable learning approaches, creating training content, conducting surveys to assess training needs, coordinating HQ-driven training events.
- HRDF Administration: Handle HRDF applications, ensuring timely submission of eligible training courses for reimbursement. Address application queries and compile HRDF utilization reports against levy contributions for management updates.
- Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development administration.
- Proficient in HRDF processes.
- Skilled in Office 365, with strong knowledge of PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
- Experience in video content creation and related applications is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High learning agility and adaptability to change.
